Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes! We save all artwork from past orders. Just contact us and tell us which job you want to reorder.

How fast is turnaround?

We design your project in 2–4 business days. Once you approve the artwork, we print and ship it within 3–5 business days. Need it sooner? Ask us about rush options. During car show season, turnaround times may change—reach out for current estimates.

When do you start production?

We start production only after you pay in full. If there’s an outstanding balance, we won’t move forward until payment clears.

Can I change my order after it’s sent to print?

No. Once we send your order to print, you can’t make any changes to the artwork or selected options.

What images should I send for a car show board?

Send at least 5 exterior photos from different angles. Add any interior, engine, or wheel shots you want included. Also, send your spec list or mod list. If your list is long, highlight the most important details so the final design stays clean and readable.

What photo quality do you need?

Make sure each photo is 2MB or larger. Avoid reflections in paint or windows for the best result.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes, we send you a proof for approval. Double-check it carefully—you’re responsible for any errors once you approve. If you request changes after printing starts, we may charge a reprint fee.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 3 business days at VengeanceGraphix@gmail.com with clear photos. We’ll review and replace it if eligible. After 3 days, we’ll need to charge for a full reprint and shipping.

Who handles shipping issues?

We don’t cover delays or damage caused by UPS, FedEx, or other carriers. We also can’t control delays from weather or natural events.
