PAYMENT
Upfront payment or 50% deposit required for Hero Cards. Any discounts reflect on invoices. Additionally, an itemized invoice emailed to complete an order.
DESIGNS
Design take 3-5 days with revisions allowed. Additional fees for major changes or full redesigns.
ARTWORK APPROVAL
Minor revisions within the initial concept are accommodated, though not guaranteed. Major changes may incur a design edit fee, quoted as needed. Customers must approve all design before finalization and print; any errors must be clarified by the clients before final delivery or print.
PRINTING & SHIPPING
Printing takes 3-5 business days. Artwork approval required. Customer responsible for errors/typos. Shipping delays by UPS or Fedex due to weather or uncontrollable events are out of our control.
