Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin any design work.
The remaining balance is due before the artwork is released for print production.

Artwork Approval

Please review your design carefully prior to approval.
Once approved, production begins immediately and no further changes, edits, or revisions (including typographical errors) can be made.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–8 business days.
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout; please ensure all details are correct, as Vengeance Graphix is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

All custom products (including banners, show boards, prints, and similar items) are non-refundable.
Because each piece is made specifically for you, once production begins, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of both the product and packaging.
All items must be inspected upon delivery; failure to report within this timeframe confirms acceptance of the product as received.

If reported within 3 days, Vengeance Graphix will cover reprint costs and provide a prepaid return label. The original item must be returned in its packaging before a replacement is issued.
After 3 days, all replacement costs, including reprint and shipping, become the customer’s responsibility.
Any modification or attempted repair voids eligibility for replacement.

Warranty

Custom products are not covered under warranty beyond the 3-day inspection window.
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or modifications is not covered.
For any non-custom products (if applicable), warranty-related shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Creative Vision

All work is produced in the signature Vengeance Graphix style. This creative direction is not altered or compromised.

Ownership

All concepts, sketches, drafts, and digital files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vengeance Graphix.
